Typically date and time functions return values based on the current location of the user. However, you might need the date or time values independent of the user location. In such cases, you would need to use the DateValue function combined with the TIMEOFFSET() function to return date independent of the TimeZone
DATEVALUE(datepicker1)-TIMEOFFSET() / (24 * 60 * 60 * 1000)
- Datevalue(datepicker) converts the date selected using the datepicker1 to a serial number.
- TIMEOFFSET() provides the Time zone offset in milliseconds. It can be used to Subtract from Excel date in case the value return is in Local time.
