How to create a column in existing sheet

Hi,
How to create a column in existing sheet with user provided name?
Other way could be create a table with use provided column names list when user enters these names in a text edit and clicks submit.

I had a similar situation, were we had to create custom Colomns on the fly.
I had to write a custom JavaScript function in the function editor.
Otherwise there i no direct way to create a custom Colomns I belive.
